Trelinski Saturdays from 4-6pm, Sundays in the Trent Lounge from 9am-Midday Alex Trelinski presented his first radio show back in 1981 for BBC Radio Humberside, but caught the radio bug in the sixties, when his Dad gave him a bedside radio to stop him having nightmares after an operation! So, his career path was decided at the tender age of six, and most of his years were spent in the East Midlands broadcasting for the BBC stations in Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester, including a three year stint presenting The Late Show. Alex has a passion for sport, and has hosted coverage of Forest, County, and Mansfield matches for the BBC, as well as reading bulletins on the BBC national networks. He loves all types of music, be it Beyonce, Beethoven, The Beatles or Blur, and claims to have Radio Trent veteran, Chris Ashley, as a close neighbour and friend!
